Riffelalp Resort 2222M Ski-In & Ski-Out Zermatt

I recently stayed at a hotel in Zermatt for a week-long vacation and it was amazing. The location was right at the slopes, offering stunning views of the beautiful landscapes. The rooms were comfortable and provided great views as well. The hotel had good infrastructure and the staff were kind and helpful, making my arrival and departure super smooth with transfers and assistance. The hotel even provided a hand mirror and a washlet, which were very convenient for my long stay. one of the best properties I have stayed at around the world, truly wonderful!

We had an amazing stay at this resort. The service was perfect, with friendly and efficient staff. The rooms were well equipped and clean. The views from the hotel were fine, especially from the restaurant and common areas. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a fantastic spa and a heavenly outdoor pool. The location on the summit offered easy access to the main station, Riffelalp station, and the slopes. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff members were always helpful and accommodating.

The location of the hotel was incredibly convenient, with easy access to the main train station in the village. From there, it was just a short walk across the street to the Gornergrat Bahn, which took us up to the Riffelalp station. The views from the hotel were breathtaking, with the majestic mountains surrounding us. Our room was beautifully decorated in a traditional Swiss style, with wooden paneling and comfortable furnishings. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities, including a separate toilet room and its own sink. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast offered at the hotel, with a variety of options to choose from.

We were disappointed with the quality of the coffee served at breakfast. It was a shame that a hotel of this caliber did not provide a better coffee experience.

I was lucky enough to visit Riffelalp Resort 2222M during a heavy snowfall, creating a magical winter wonderland. The spa, including the outdoor heated pool, was a highlight, especially swimming in the snow. The service was professional yet cute, and the restaurants offered delicious meals. The room, though small, was well-designed with ample storage. I highly recommend this beautiful resort for a nice stay.

Nestled high in the mountains, the hotel offers breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. From the main station in the village, a scenic train ride takes you to the Riffelalp train stop, where a porter greets you with a warm welcome. The rooms are cozy and tastefully decorated with modern amenities, including a Nespresso machine. The bathroom is immaculate, and the service is top-notch. The breakfast spread is extensive, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also offers various activities, such as skiing and hiking, and a spa for relaxation.

The spa's opening hours were unexpected, and we were disappointed to find out that it didn't open until 2 p.m. This inconvenience disrupted our planned morning routine, and we wish we had been informed beforehand.

Limited Dining Options Although the hotel had a great location, the dining options were limited. the menu was unappealing, and the room service menu had too few choices.
